Hailey started her first day of first grade last week. So far she seems to love it and is getting high marks from her teacher for her behavior in class. I took some photos of Ms. Hailey's first day as she waited for the bus in the morning. I hope you enjoy the pictures.

The Tooth Fairy

Hi All,

Well Ms. Hailey Rose lost one of her top front teeth tonight while eating dinner on the patio. She was not thrilled about it at first, but then she thought about the "tooth fairy" and the financial windfall coming her way. Like any smart business woman she assessed the situation and seemed to be a little more at ease with the lost tooth, assuming she can obtain fair market value. Below are two photos I was able to snap before Hailey headed off to bed to put her tooth under her pillow.

Hi All,

Well the time has finally come for Mr. Jace to get his hair buzzed. Since he is pushing 2 years of age and his hair has taken on a life of it's own, Tina and I decided to introduce him to a set of shears. It looks a little short, but he's a boy and it will grow back.

Hi All,

I left the room the other day for about a minute to change the laundry and look who I found hanging with his highchair. Apparently Mr. Jace thought he could climb up into his chair and then hop back down before I knew about it. Unfortunately for him it did not quite work out that way.

He somehow managed to get himself into one fine mess.

I think I'm stuck!
How do I get out of this mess?

Well we are winding down on a busy Friday evening. Today's weather was some of the best we have seen so far this Spring. Naturally all of the kids needed a bath before bed and I could not resist the urge to mess with Jace after I gave him his bath. Besides I need to have black mail photographs for his teen years. Anyway these pictures of Jace confirm it is time to get this boy a haircut. Also it is interesting to see how much Jace resembles Carley with his hair pulled back.
